Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No.6698 ("Law"), all kinds of personal data processing activities regarding an identified or identifiable natural person ("personal data owner") whose personal data are processed are considered within the scope of the Law. 5)   Rights of Personal Data Owner under Article 11 of the Law

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods arranged in the Enlightenment Text, the Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company. In this context, personal data owners:

1. Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,
2. Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
3. Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
6. Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and within this scope and in case of incomplete or incorrect processing of your personal data, requesting that the transactions made are notified to the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred,
7. Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
8. It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of its personal data.
